Polish Pea Pole Bean Seeds

A wonderful little European bean – not to be confused with another ubiquitous Polish bean called ‘Herrenbohli’- which is a flesh color and grows as a pole. This is a white bean that grows as a semi-runner, produces great yields of small pods that contain small white cooking beans. Hardy little plants, and can easily even be grown in containers with a couple tall sticks poked in. I would compare these to navy beans, but I find the taste of navy beans off putting and much more coarse. These seem to me much more refined and courtly. 2023 seed.
