An early variety of Jerusalem artichoke, with incredible yields. Plants grow to about 6 feet and are covered in yellow flowers. The flavor is similar to a gently toasted sunflower seed, but with the texture of a very soft and creamy baby potato. Cooks up very quickly and can be sauteed, boiled or pan fried to develop a crispy brown exterior. A perfect variety for the North. 5 tubers for $15.00 + the shipping box which is $18.00. *Please note: Jerusalem Artichokes can cause gas in some people because of the inulin they contain.
