Jerusalem Artichoke Perennial Tubers
All Jerusalem artichokes are fast growing plants, which typically grow to about 6 feet or more. They will sprout from any tubers left in the ground, and are hardy to -45. They can be dug up easily and grow just beneath the surface of the soil. All orders contain 5 tubers, which will yield 2 laundry baskets full of sunchokes in a good year. Yields are enormous and the plants grow easily without a lot of care. All Jerusalem Artichokes are mailed in a tracked shipping box. Select the $8.00 flat rate at checkout. Select the $15.00 shipping rate if you have 10 packs of beans or more included in your tuber order. I mail tubers separately from the seeds. If you’ve ordered both seeds and tubers and want your entire order mailed in a single tracked shipping box, select the ‘Tracked Shipping Box’ option in the checkout. I will forward you the tracking number once the parcel is mailed. Please note: Jerusalem Artichokes can cause gas in some people because of the inulin they contain. While I don’t have that experience with these tubers, some people definitely do!
