Triomphe de Farcy Pole Bean Seeds

French heirloom bush bean dating back to 1892. Delicate green pods with great taste. Produces very well and fairly tolerant of cool weather. Filet type pencil pods, lovely crisp texture, pencil type pods. Speckled brown seed. Despite being a legume, the name does not translate to ‘farting triumph’, as some have mistakenly concluded! Pont-Farcy is a rural village in France and possibly this bean originates there- a bean triumph of Farcy?
