An Italian heirloom. Originates in Valsugana, Italy and is a dual use type, a green bean when young and tender, then later as dried beans. Seeds are shaped like marbles, a lovely speckled stone grey-beige with black swirly stripes. Very nice! Extremely rare. 2024 seed. Gratefully received this wonderful bean from the incredible collection of Guy Dirix of Belgium.
