Ruzova Kravicka Pole Bean Seeds

A beautiful and unique European heirloom bean from the Czech Republic. The name means ‘pink cow’ – the bean seeds are half white and half pink, a pastel pink with a slight grey tone to it. Slightly resembling what would be a ‘pink orca’ bean, though the seeds are not so rounded. It matured much the same as its sister variety ‘Seda Kravicka’ – ‘grey cow’. The beans are likely for dry use, and the pods shell out very easily. Production is also very good.  Rare.  2022 seed.  Gratefully received from the wonderful collection of Russ Crow, Woodstock, Illinois.
