Perona del Pep Pole Bean Seeds

A European heirloom. Super productive variety, huge quantity of dried beans from this one. Seeds are sandy coloured with cocoa swirls and streaks. I’m not 100% sure, but I think there is a connection between this bean’s name and Evita Peron. I believe this variety is from Catalonia, Spain. I think it’s for use as a snap bean, as so many European seed sites list this as a fresh eating bean. Because I haven’t tried it yet, I can’t say with certainty. But it is a great bean for my area with its early maturity.  2022 seed. Gratefully received from the wonderful collection of Artur Kobylecki, Kielce, Poland.
