An Appalachian heirloom, likely from Tennessee. A fabulous green snap bean, half sized plants pump out tons of delicious beans. A really superior variety, and extremely early to mature. Much more productive than the average bush green bean. A wonderful and rare variety. Seeds are white and oblong. 2023 seed. Gratefully received from the wonderful collection of Russ Crow, Woodstock, Illinois.
