A yellow beefsteak type longkeeper, they can achieve a very nice size and have an ideal gel to flesh ratio. I do find these to be the firmest of all 4 of my longkeepers. This years crop never got soft to the touch. These can last in storage for a very long time, but the flavor is best in the first couple months. I believe this variety should be picked as mature as possible, to help soften the fruits a little. A really good food security tomato, bred by Tim Peters in the 90’s. 2024 seed.
