A yellow peach variety, with that characteristic peach furze. One of the more intensely flavoured peach varieties, with meaty flesh. Fruits are smooth fleshed. Very nice when cut into slices. Walls are meaty. Named after the Wapsipinicon river in Iowa. This is not a long keeper peach variety.
