Tirana’s Rotviolette Pole Bean Seeds

A new variety I grew out this year, sent to me by a lovely legume fancier in England! According to Bohnen Atlas, this bean originates in Albania. I just love the warm rosey tones of the seeds, and how early it was to mature despite being in a spot that was a little shady.  An uncommon variety, and not related to the similarly named beans ‘Cosse Violette’ and ‘Trionfo Violetto’.  Many thanks to Gabriella!  For dry use.
