Risser Sickle

Sickle peas are a very old variety, dating as far back as 1700’s. These peas have been grown since colonial times by the Pennsylvania Germans for many years. This strain was grown by the Risser family for several generations. Pods are shaped like crescents, with sweet little peas for shelling or eaten as young snaps. Can climb up to 6 feet.  Nice yields. 2023 seed.
