A storage tomato. Very nice flavor on this long keeper, and I can see why it’s one of the most popular ones around. Medium sized beefsteaks, quite round, that take on a peach color as they continue to ripen. These will keep into January perfectly fine. Matures into softness fairly early on, and was my favorite burger tomato in November and December. Quality begins to decline after about 2 to 2 ½ months. But quality is there until then. Excellent long keeper.
