Mongeta de Talarn Pole Bean Seeds

This rare heirloom bean came from the huge collection of Artur Kobylecki, who sourced this bean from Cultures Trobade, a group in Spain working to preserve ancient and old varieties of fruits and vegetables, particularly those from the counties of Ponent. This fabulous snap bean was super early, 10 inches long, flat and very high quality. Pods are pure green and begin to mature very early in the season. These will continue to pump out beans, so must be kept picked or will go to seed quickly (which is good for a seed saver!) An incredible bean that I’d include in the top 5 of 2023.
