Kitoba Pole Bean Seeds

A new & special favourite dry pole bean for 2023. Originally from Kenya, this hard to describe purple-lavender-rose-dove hued bean was a stunner in both production and good looks. Absolutely gorgeous coloured seed, very smooth finish and slightly oblong, medium size. Production was outstanding – I collected over 1 1/2 pounds of dried beans from 4 plants. This bean is likely grown for dry use, but I’m not certain. Superb. Very rare. 2023 seed.  Gratefully received from the wonderful collection of Russ Crow, Woodstock, Illinois.
