A delicious tomato, very nice production on fairly wispy potato leaf vines. The fruits range from mini beefsteaks to really large cherry tomato size and the color is unusual – sort of orangey, brownish with a touch of green tint in there. Quite early to mature. The fruits crack in a heavy rain, so I think this variety is a good candidate for growing in a pot, so you can pull it under an eave if need be, or pick the fruits a little underripe if rain is imminent and finish them ripening on the counter. The taste of this variety makes it worth the bother! 2024 seed.
