Dr. Wyche Semi-Runner Bean Seeds

A new bean I tried in 2022, seems to be a relatively unknown variety though the name Dr. Wyche is well known in its association to a certain tomato variety. This bean was described to me as a fresh snap variety, though in my first limited grow out I didn’t try it so as to increase the seeds. But what I can say about it is it was very healthy in its growth, the pods were crisp and thin at dry down and seed production was fabulous. Maturity was very early too. Seeds are slim and elongated, in a wine colour with cream mottling.
