An American heirloom. A very pretty navy blue, speckled round bean that originated in the garden of bean collector Russ Crow of Woodstock, Illinois back in 1981. This is a little gem of a bean, and a good yielder. It is later maturing, though up here in Sudbury I’ve never had trouble getting it to dry down. For dry use. 2023 seed.
