A fabulous shelling pea, just delicious. Everything I look for in a shelling pea – early, sweet, good sized peas, manageable vines and pods that dry down early enough and don’t shatter. British Wonder checks all the boxes. Sutton’s Harbinger is usually my go to for a fave shelling pea, but British Wonder, which I tried for the first time this 2023, is now its competition.
