A Canadian heirloom from Quebec. Prolific vines produce hundreds of small pods containing rosy purple seeds that are very small and very shiny. Apparently, it can also be eaten as a snap bean, though I didn’t try them that way in 2023. A very unusual bean, quite unlike anything else in my collection. Dries down early and is wonderfully high yielding. Rare. 2023 seed.
