One of the wonder beefsteaks of 2025, and the 3rd earliest to mature despite its huge size. Plants produced tons of huge, somewhat ribbed, red fruits of wonderful quality. With all that sense meat it could be used as a cooking tomato as well. A really special variety that I’m so glad to have added to the collection. I sourced the seed from the incredible ‘Tomato Man’ Bill Minkey in Wisconsin. Such a great find!
