An heirloom pole bean from Val Camonica, Lombardy, Italy. Capable of enormous yields if treated properly, a friend collected almost 4 pounds of seed from 2 plants! I didn’t get that lucky, but it was a very good yielder nonetheless. Maturity is later but still acceptable for the North. Pretty seeds shaped like marbles.
