Wispy leaf foliage. Red oxhearts can get quite large, though the sizes can vary considerably. Dense, meaty variety. Bottoms are not super pointy. A good processing variety with all that meat. I’d vote it in for the pot more than the sandwich, but it’s all very subjective in the end.
