I think there are a few PB’s floating around that aren’t actually the real deal. I grew this one out as an experiment to see if I could determine whether it was indeed a real drying tomato or an imposter. I’m not an expert, but the small fruits seemed very dry, even fresh, with a texture that seemed likely to dehydrate well, with few seeds. It almost had a dry ‘roma’ quality to it. This might be the real drying version & was quite productive. Quite a nice tomato flavor.
