A visual stunner. Large pink beefsteaks have deep blueberry coloured shoulders. Shoulder colouring can go halfway down the fruit. Deep blue on bubble gum pink. Enormously productive. This one seems to have some keeper genes, like many glue varieties, and can sit on the counter for up to weeks with no degradation. I found the fruit a little firm.
