Liscek Pole Bean Seeds

I do not have a lot of information about this bean but I do know that it’s from Slovenia and the name means ‘goldfinch’. I grew it for the first time in 2023 and it was a first class bean with a lot of great qualities. Vigorous vines, excellent production, resistant to all kinds of weather and it dried down mid season. As far as I know this is a bean for dry use, though it could be a green bean also – I’m not sure yet. I harvested over a pound of beans from 3 or 4 plants. The seeds are gorgeous too – jelly bean shaped orbs of pure white, covered over in dark charcoal with pale grey flecks. Very suitable for gardens in the North.
