Einbohne Gretes Garten Bush Bean Seeds

A bush bean variety whose history I cannot unravel, but I’m guessing it originates in the garden of someone whose name was Margaret, as ‘Grete’ is a short form of the name ‘Margarete’ in German.  I do know that the plants are quite good producers and the plants are fairly early to mature.  I didn’t sample the pods so I’m not sure if these are for use as snap beans or dry beans.  I received these from my friend Artur Kobylecki in Kielce, Poland.  20 Seeds/packet
