Coco Rubico Bush Bean Seeds

A bean for dry use.  Large, round dried seeds are beige with burgundy speckles.  Nice production.  Pods are 5-6″ long, flat, and a beautiful, pink-streaked color as they dry.  I’ve read that these can be eaten as snap beans as well and not just as a dry shelling bean, but I’ve never tried them that way.  A rare bean in Canada.  It apparently originates with the Vilmorin Seed Company of France, so it’s quite old.  2021 seed.
