Blue Sea Barb Pole Bean Seeds

A European heirloom pole bean. A.K.A. Blaue Meerbarbe. Appears to have a German origin. A variety that can be eaten young as a snap bean, and also cooked with as a dry bean. A true imperial blue bean, almost cobalt, that sometimes has a few seeds with tan edges or colouring. Such a beautiful & unique bean. Somewhat square and flattened shape. An enormously productive and robust variety. Rare. 6 plants produced 1.8 lbs of dried beans.
