Eggplant Seeds
Eggplants have been shaped into a multitude of sizes, shapes and colours – all lof them quite beautiful. This vegetabe is not well known to the Canadian palate, which is a shame because when prepared well, it is utterly delicious and tastes unlike any other vegetable. A great starter recipe is Eggplant Paremsan. Eggplants should be picked immature for the best taste, and lots of oil and a good dose of salt is the key to bringing out it’s flavor (eggplants are not diet food!) Tomato sauce and cheese are an eggplants best friends.
