Heirloom bean of African origin. A beautiful, rich lavender speckled bean, like speckled lilac stone, of incredible production. I don’t know of too many true lavender dry beans, though it does darken a bit in storage as all beans will. Seems to grow well in any kind of weather and matures quite early. For use as a dry bean.
