Mascotte Bush Bean Seeds

A container variety of green beans. I think this is actually the first true patio variety of a green bean ever bred, a work done by European breeders in France. And produce it does! The plants are teeny little things, but they have an impressive load of small green pods. I grew 6 to a window basket and they did great. Some of the first beans I harvested in 2022. The pods seem to hang above the plants and are easy to see. Shelling the seeds from the wee pods was tedious though! 2023 seed.
