An American heirloom bush bean. A gold version of ‘Jacob’s Cattle’. Named for the Old Testament story of Jacob desiring ownership of all the speckled cattle in his father in-law Laban’s herd. A pretty bean with gold bovine patterned speckling on a creamy base. For dry use. Not quite as productive as its burgundy cousin. 2021 seed.
