I grew this one on a lark, since I quite like ‘Violet Jasper’ and didn’t see a need for another one of that kind. But I’m glad I tried it, this one was surprisingly top quality. Smooth globes with intense colouration, a reddish brown with golden green stripes. Very intense flavour, and makes a nice salad tomato.
