Personally I would not really qualify this tomato as a cooking or sauce tomato because it is so superb for fresh eating. It’s juicy and delicious fresh. However, it is shaped like a paste tomato – elongated, bright orange fruits. So… I guess it could go either way – cooked or fresh. No doubt this would make a legendary, bright orange tomato sauce. A favourite.
