A yellow version of ‘Red Zapotec’ it seems. Plants have the same growth habit and production. There is another tomato out there which is similar, ‘Yellow Ruffled’ – but I think this one might be different. The fruits of ‘Yellow Zapotec’ seem much larger, though they do share the same tendency for hollow fruits and thus as ‘stuffer’ tomatoes. A gorgeous and unique variety. Rare. True lemon yellow.
