The name translates to ‘White Icicle’. A white paste type, can also be a pale yellow, elongated fruit that are 6″ long up to about 5 oz. Very pretty fruits, dry. White tomatoes are universally rejected due to their highly unusual colour, but they do make excellent sauces for fish. This tomato is no exception, pairs well with the swimmers.
