Red Hinkelhatz Pepper Seeds

A pepper emerging from Amish country with the Pennsylvania Dutch. The name literally translates to ‘chicken heart’ and is meant to describe the look of the pepper. They are sort of wrinkled little conical affairs, and pack some heat. These mature a bit later in Northern Ontario, so a bit of an early start would help them along. There is a yellow version as well. Compact plants that can produce quite well. 2022 seed.
