These were ‘surprise’ pink beefsteaks as ‘Olesya’ is an orange paste! So clearly this is a seed mix up not a cross. I cannot be sure that it will come true, but it didn’t show any signs of being crossed. The fruits were so delicious, meaty and rich I wanted to offer it to other growers anyway. I’ve grown a lot of pink beefsteaks and this one is tops. Production is mid-season and excellent. One of the great ones of 2025! Beautiful too!
