Marvel of Peru Flower Seeds

Highly scented trumpet shaped flowers on tall, sturdy bushes up to 4 feet. Flower colours can be pink, white or yellow. Blossoms open as the sun goes down to release their wonderful scent. A special quality of this flower variety is that it can be dug up in late fall and the underground tubers stored indoors during the winter. In spring, when replanted, the plant springs to life much more quickly than from seed, and produces an even more vigorous show of flowers. Seems to be able to bloom in both shade as well as full sun, though flowers develop later when grown in shade. Plant is sensitive to soil fertility; the greater the soil fertility the larger the bush will become. Needs very little water. Oh, and I almost forgot one of it’s greatest qualities – NO deadheading! 2021 seed.
