There are numerous beans called ‘Johnson’ so I’ll be specific in my description to ensure it isn’t confused with others. A dry bush bean, very early to mature, seeds are large and round. The color is a light burgundy with white flecks. Production is very, very good and this bean was sent to me from New England by a wonderfully generous grower as a local heirloom variety. Rare. 2024 seed.
