Outstanding green beefsteak tomato variety, buttery and rich tasting. One of the few green beefsteaks that does not really take on a slight amber tone or pink blush when ripe. Must be given a squeeze to see if fruits are ripe. Tomatoes can grow quite large, particularly the first ones of the season.
