Alpine Tomato Seeds

$4.50

The Alpine tomato was developed in the United States at the Cheyenne Horticultural Station in Wyoming and made available to the public around 1950.   The fruits are a traditional bright red, a little bigger than a golf ball, with a short maturity time of around 68 days. Developed for short-season areas, it is particularly suited for cooler climates.   An uncommon tomato variety that I received from the amazing tomato collection of Mandy Botincan of Manitoba, owner of Mandy’s Greenhouse.
