Runner Bean Seeds
A separate species from regular pole beans, runner beans have the largest flower blossoms of all beans. Whites, pinks and red blooms adorn very tall plants and attract bees and hummingbirds. These are the only species of beans that prefer cooler temperatures and for some the blossoms will not set in scorching temperatures. Transplants work great for runner beans! Yields are enormous and the young, rough pods can be eaten green as well.
