An astoundingly good purple podded pea – can truly be eaten at all stages, even as a shelling pea. Purple podded peas almost never make peas sweet enough to eat out of pod, they’re usually quite starchy and tasteless, so the taste of these is quite a development. Super excellent yields, really high. A fantastic new pea. 2023 seed.
