Veitch’s Perfection Shelling Pea Seeds

$5.00

The Veitch’s Perfection pea was developed by the famed Veitch family nurseries in England, (specifically Veitch & Sons, which had major operations in Exeter and Chelsea, during the mid‑1800s.  It is documented in historical gardening literature as a recognized variety by at least 1842, where it appears in Johnson’s Gardener’s Dictionary, indicating it was already established by that period.  An old pea indeed!  Really nice yield of sweet peas on 5 foot vines. 20 seeds/packet.
