A really good producer, even directly in the ground, Chili Black has quite thin walls and is very easy to dry down. It also goes by the name ‘Chili Negre’ but there are so many different kinds of peppers that seem to fall under that title I thought I’d go with this version of the name. Has some heat, about medium level to medium high I’d say. These peppers are long, 6 – 8 inches, and about 1.5 to 2 inches across, same size at the top as at the bottom. A pure dark chocolate color. Rare. 2024 seed. 20 seeds/packet.
