There appears to be two selections of this tomato in circulation – a smooth beefsteak and ruffled one. This is the ruffled version. A bi-coloured tomato, yellow marbled with pink. Extremely attractive fruits. I tend to try and collect the unusual, and this is one of those. Not too many bi-coloured that are super ruffled.
