Letter Mail & Seed Orders
Letter mail is available for seed orders only and is the most cost-effective shipping option.

Please note that letter mail is not guaranteed. Heritage Hobby Seed Ark cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed in the postal system.

Tracking
Letter mail shipments do not include tracking by default. Customers may request tracking for $25.00, which must be paid before the order is mailed.

Registered Mail
Registered mail is available for added security. It provides proof of mailing and receipt but does not include tracking. The estimated cost for registered mail is $13.50 added to the shipping costs. Customers requesting registered mail will be notified of the exact additional cost before shipment.

Care
Seeds are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are stated on the website and must be paid in full before an order is shipped.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand.

Any order submitted without the required shipping payment will be held until payment is received.

Order Adjustments
Any order that does not include the proper shipping payment will be held until the correct payment is received.

Shipping Origin & Destinations
Orders ship from Canada.

Due to current tariff and import restrictions, seed orders are not shipped to the United States.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that seeds are permitted for import into their destination country. Orders delayed, refused, or confiscated by customs are not the responsibility of Heritage Hobby Seed Ark.
