The &#8216;Trebulino&#8217; refers to a small hamlet near Trevio. This bean was named by the fabulous seed hunter Joseph Simcox for Mr. Angelini (it would seem). The seeds are very pretty indeed &#8211; a white seed overlaid in a fleshy taupe colour with chocolate swirls. Seeds are somewhat flattened. I believe this is a bean for use green, but I&#8217;m not 100% certain.
